Leigh Williams founded online retail logistics company eStore Logistics at just 26, after finding other logistics companies weren’t adapting to the rapidly expanding digital demand.
Since then, Williams has taken his business from a small operation in a 700 sq m warehouse, to its current home in an 11,000 sq m warehouse in Laverton, Victoria.
With the company soon to move again – this time into a massive 16,000 sq m warehouse – Williams sits down with SmartCompany to talk about how he’s found success and how he’s overcome challenges with some unique solutions.
