Facebook board member Jim Breyer has sold a total of $208 million worth of shares in the social media giant since its IPO in May last year, according to SEC filings.
According to CNBC, senior Facebook executives and directors have now sold a total of 43 million shares in the company since its IPO.
The news comes after SmartCompany reported in December that Sheryl Sandberg had sold 946,588 of her shares in the company.
A month earlier, three senior executives, including Sandberg, had offloaded shares in the social media giant.
