How Tank Stream Labs started

Bradley Delamare was slightly ahead of the curve when he decided to start Tank Stream Labs in 2012, driven by the purpose of being the go-to coworking space for Australian startups and scale-ups.

One location has since morphed into four as the business has found its niche in the Sydney startup scene.

Growth

This isn’t the company’s first foray into The Smart50 Awards, having placed 24th in the last edition

The business navigated COVID-19 office closures by shifting to business services across HR to finance, digital, talent and culture, studio services, and event management.

That’s helped them accelerate their revenue growth, with an astounding 69% growth average over the last three years.

Where to next

Next on Tank Stream Labs’ agenda is launching the Startup to Scaleup Summit, designed to celebrate the key milestones in a founder’s journey from idea through to a successful exit.

The summit promises “an immersive experience for more than 400 emerging and established business leaders from Australia’s SME landscape”.

Tank Stream Labs was shortlisted for the Resilience Award at The Smart50 Awards 2023.
