Twitter has updated its BlackBerry app to introduce some new features already accessible on the iOS and Android versions.
The new app allows users to more easily share links to web pages from the browser, and also automatically shortens links sent from the phone.
Users are now able to upload photos from the BlackBerry’s camera to the Twitter picture service, or when just writing a tweet, while another new feature also allows users to connect the Twitter account to BlackBerry Messenger.
The update to the BlackBerry version comes after Twitter worked with Apple to integrate its service into iOS, allowing users to access some features more quickly in the actual operating software.
