The first supposed images of the new iPhone 5 cases have been leaked, according to new reports which have managed to take screenshots of the products before they were taken down by an online retailer.
The reports come as separate rumours indicate that the iPhone 5 may be set for a mid-October launch.
According to Boy Genius Report, the images show a new iPhone 5 body that features tapered edges, an aluminium back, and a thinner design than the iPhone 4. The design of the device appears to be more like an iPad than the current iPhone.
The images come as rumours indicate the new iPhone will feature a much larger screen than the current version, to become more in line with the current generation of smartphones.
