Suppliers and manufacturers for tech giant Apple do not expect major disruptions after the news of chief executive Steve Jobs’ resignation.
According to a new report from DigiTimes, Foxconn and Quanta have said Jobs’ resignation won’t have much impact on orders.
But the same sources have also said the resignation of Jobs will have some effect on the company’s brand and its recognition, and that the severity of this will only be known over time.
Those sources have also said that Jobs’ departure may give some other brands the opportunity to catch up and take some market share from the tech giant.
