Previous reports that the next iPhone hardware would be announced on September 7 are incorrect, a new report has said.
The dispute comes as rumours are now coming in fast regarding the launch of new iPad, iPod and iTunes products, with Apple expected to make a major announcement within the next few months.
While a previous report from Kodawarisan had predicted the event to take place in September, a new blog post from The Loop indicates that is not the case, with Jim Dalrymple writing that no iPhone announcement will occur then.
The lack of a concrete date for any new hardware announcements has prompted speculation about when such an announcement will actually occur, given Apple is expected to launch a new iPhone and iPad device before the year’s end.
