The Motorola Xoom tablet, one of the devices launched earlier this year as one of the major iPad competitors, is now available through Optus.
The announcement comes alongside the release of the BlackBerry Playbook, which hit shelves yesterday at Harvey Norman and the major telcos.
The Xoom is available on a number of different 12 and 24 month plans, ranging from $49 to $59 per week for the 24-month plans. The 12 month plans, detailed on Optus’ main site, are a bit more expensive.
The plans come with several gigabytes of data on each plan. However, it does not appear the tablet can be bought outright.
