Handset manufacturer Motorola is set to unleash a new streaming technology that will allow users to stream video to mobile devices including tablets and other types of smartphones.
The company said its new tech will be unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show next month. The company says it will hope to implement a new type of streaming that will allow users to view content on whatever device they want.
“It’s one consumer proposition that will come sooner rather than later,” president of Motorola Mobility Daniel Moloney told Reuters.
The announcement comes after Apple announced its own feature called AirPlay, which allows users in iOS devices to stream media between different gadgets.
