Computer manufacturer Dell has said the company is attempting to fix issues with its new Windows Phone 7 gadget.
Saying that affected users will be given replacements, the company has also identified issues with the battery and Wi-Fi capability.
“We have addressed and corrected the oversight and are working with our partners at Microsoft to replace Venue Pro units to ensure people are 100% satisfied with their purchase,” the company said.
“The issue affected some of our initial phone shipments and was not a hardware issue or a Windows Phone 7 one,” the company added.
The issues come as Microsoft is attempting to fight back against Apple in the smartphone market.
