LG will bring a touch of James Bond to the real world with the launch of the world’s first touch screen phone watch in Australia in December.
The GD910 is just 13.99 millimeters thick, with a metal casing and black leather band, and features a 1.43 inch wide rectangular screen made of tempered glass. It also has a VGA camera, voice command feature, Bluetooth and allows video messages, due to its 7.2 Mbps 3G HSDPA compatibility.
“It also adds the convenience of not having to hunt for your phone in your bag or having to carry a device in your back pocket,” LG Australia general manager of mobile communications told PC World.
The watch will be priced at $2,299. No phone carriers of retailers for the phone have been announced.
