Is Firefox crashing? Here’s how to find its built-in troubleshooting guide

Have you ever tried to support a user whose web browser keeps crashing?

If they use Firefox, there’s a handy place to find all the support information in one place.

Depending on which version of Firefox you’re using, the option you’re after is either in the Firefox menu under help, or in the help menu.

One of the options will be Troubleshooting Information.

This page lists your version, extensions, important modified preferences and graphics system details.

In addition, there are links to a number of other crucial pieces of information, including your update history, a link to the folder containing your profile, crash reports, memory use details, configuration information and a list of your enabled plugins.
