With a chocolate-themed name like “KitKat”, it should come as little surprise there’s some sweet Easter egg goodness hidden in the latest version of Android. Here’s how to find it.
In the settings menu, select about phone.
Find where it says version number and tap there rapidly – around six or seven times in a row. The letter K will appear to fill your screen. Again, flick it three or four times in rapid succession.
You will be bought to a screen with the Android KitKat logo. Holding down on this screen will take you to a screen filled will lollies on tiles, where tapping any tile will see it replaced with a different candy-themed tile.
