Organise automatic software updates in Mountain Lion

Desktop software is updated all the time, and while some users ignore them, it’s always best to make sure your computer is up to date. Otherwise, you could be subject to viruses or security breaches.

If you’re using an Apple Mac running Mountain Lion, you can tell the computer to just automatically update software whenever possible. Just head to the System Preferences menu, then check “software update”.

There, you can select the computer to automatically check them, download them, and then update without having to wait for a prompt from the user.
