If you’re experiencing problems on your iPhone, you may find it easier to just give it a hard reset to get rid of them.
Sometimes, starting up the phone again can fix a bug or a glitch.
However, you should also try and get your phone looked at by someone who knows what they’re doing. If you’re not comfortable using any sort of procedure like this, then you should head over to an Apple Store.
To perform a hard reset, simply press the screen lock and home buttons together, and then press down for a few seconds until the phone turns off.
This can help you out when your phone is frozen, or something isn’t performing properly.
