If you use Gmail, then you’ll know it can be easy to have messages build up over time. It can seem impossible to archive or even read them all.
If you’re not using keyboard shortcuts, then you should be. Use these to get your Gmail inbox under control:
- Mute conversations with M
- Press E to archive
- To star an item, press S
- To open your starred items folder, press G then S.
- To head back to the inbox, press G then I.
You’ll need to turn on keyboard shortcuts through the Gmail settings page, but once those are turned on, you’ll be good to go.
