You may be browsing the internet when you come across a page in a different language. It’s virtually impossible to translate all of these yourself. Thankfully, Google has a tool to help you out.
If you’re using the Chrome browser, there’s way to turn on Google Translate. Head to the Options screen, and then in the “Under the Hood” section, check off the “Translate” box.
It’s not perfect, it’s always learning, but it’ll help you out if you’re ever in trouble.
