Now that DropBox has upped the amount of storage available for paid users, you can put more files in the cloud at no extra cost.
As a result, you may find that you’ve just got too many files in there to keep track of. What happens when you need to find a recently opened file quickly?
There’s an easy way. Just right-click on the DropBox icon in the system tray, then click on “recently changed files”. Select one of the five files there, and there you go! If it’s none of those, you’ll need to keep going through each of the files to find it.
