Extensions are a big part of modern web browsers and can either make your internet experience a pleasant one, or a horrifying struggle.
Fortunately, there’s an easy way to turn them off. To do this in Chrome, open the Settings bar by clicking on the wrench in the right-hand corner. On the left-hand side of the screen, press “Extensions”.
There, you’ll see a list of all the extensions on your browser. To turn them off, simply click the check box next to each one.
